Junior Product Manager, Games Discovery

This role will focus on enhancing the Casino product experience by understanding customer needs and collaborating across teams to deliver innovative solutions. Responsibilities: • Inform, shape, and drive execution of product initiatives surrounding games discovery FanDuel Casino • Establish and maintain domain expertise on the product, market, and competitors • Assess product opportunities and spearhead the ideation, prioritization, and design of new initiatives • Ensure transparency and alignment with organizational stakeholders • Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and operational functions to ensure successful product deliveries and launches • Identify, prioritize, and execute post-launch optimizations and improvements • Track and report objectively on product performance and OKRs Qualifications: Required: • Minimum 2+ years’ experience as a product manager or similar role required • Proven track record of partnering with engineers and designers to deliver successful products • Demonstrated success cross-functionally influencing teams without formal authority • Excellent stakeholder management and critical thinking skills • Ability to handle multiple simultaneous projects while effectively balancing scope, resourcing, time, and quality • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • A strong sense of ownership and accountability for goals and deliverables Company: FanDuel is a gaming company that offers sportsbook, daily fantasy sports, horse racing, and online casino games.
