The desk acts as a market maker in High Yield Bonds, providing liquidity to clients. As a High Yield Credit Trader (Vice President level), you will collaborate with the Institutional Client Group (ICG), Research Analysts, and Capital Markets to support Deutsche Bank’s new issue business. Act as a market maker to provide liquidity in High Yield Bonds Develop your sector and client franchise to increase market share Manage market risk exposure of trading positions Leverage the ICG Credit sales team for liquidity sourcing Collaborate with Desk Analysts to evaluate trading opportunities Support Capital Markets in distributing new issues Leadership Expectations
Train junior traders on the desk Build Deutsche Bank's Credit franchise with clients and capture market share Generate trade ideas in partnership with Sales and Research Required Skills
Experience in the High Yield Credit market, buy-side or sell-side Established relationships with active buy-side clients Strong knowledge of the High Yield Credit sector, with trading experience preferred Proven risk management and profitable trading record Preferred Skills
Self-motivated and proactive Additional Information The role is based in New York, NY, following the bank’s hybrid working model.
