A global leader in advanced water purification technology is seeking a Customer Support Representative to join their dynamic team. This is a temp-to-hire, on-site position where you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional service to clients across multiple channels.
What You'll Do:
As a Customer Support Representative, you'll be the friendly face and helpful voice of the company. Your responsibilities will include:
Providing top-tier support to walk-in clients, as well as handling inquiries via phone, email, and online chat Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude at all times Assisting with the coordination and setup of training seminars Ensuring customer satisfaction by resolving issues promptly and professionally Actively listening to customer concerns and engaging with them in a friendly, solution-oriented manner What We're Looking For:
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred) 1+ year of data entry experience (preferred) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for customer service Ability to stay organized and work independently or as part of a team Basic computer proficiency Compensation & Schedule:
Pay: $19-$20/hour, depending on experience Schedule: Monday-Friday, plus every other Saturday (with a weekday off during those weeks)
