Experience Level: 15–20 Years Employment Type: Contract Job Summary : We are seeking a strategic, experienced, and results-oriented Product Owner with a deep background in Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance and a passion for data management. This is a high-visibility opportunity to lead the vision and execution of data products and platforms that enable underwriting, claims, actuarial analysis, and regulatory compliance across the insurance value chain. As the Product Owner, you’ll drive roadmaps, prioritize initiatives, and partner with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure that data solutions deliver measurable business value. Key Responsibilities

Define and manage the product roadmap and backlog for insurance data platforms and analytics solutions Translate complex insurance data requirements into actionable product features and user stories Collaborate with data architects, engineering teams, and business leaders (underwriting, claims, actuarial) Prioritize features and enhancements that optimize compliance, quality, and data usability Champion data governance, integrity, and integration efforts that impact key P&C insurance workflows Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on insurance data flows, regulatory requirements, and operational systems Lead sprint planning and release management in Agile environments Clearly communicate status, risks, and metrics to stakeholders at all levels Required Qualifications

15–20 years of experience in the Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance domain At least 10+ years as a Product Owner or Business Analyst with a focus on insurance data and platforms Proven experience working with insurance data platforms, data lakes, data warehouses, or MDM solutions Deep understanding of P&C products , including underwriting, pricing, policy, claims, and actuarial processes Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills —comfortable with both business and technical audiences Experience working in Agile delivery environments and using tools like Jira or Azure DevOps Ability to translate regulatory, actuarial, and business rules into clear product requirements Nice to Have Qualifications: Experience with modern cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, Azure) Familiarity with regulatory reporting frameworks in insurance Prior work with data governance, lineage, and metadata management tools Application Process: Submit your resume along with a short summary of your experience in P&C insurance and data product delivery.
