Treating wastewater is necessary for our world’s communities and successful projects increasingly require attention to resource recovery, capital planning and a culture that drives carbon neutrality and climate resilience. Here at Jacobs we get to provide the leadership, technical expertise, and innovation needed to make this happen on the most iconic projects in our world. We’re seeking a Project Manager to work with our Wastewater Clients from our Milwaukee, WI or Madison, WI office. You’ll grow your career by leading our project teams to provide innovative and sustainable solutions for our Clients. You’ll play an integral role inleading andmentoring staff, forming long-term relationships with clients and pursuing new work, includingstrategy development, positioning, proposing, and negotiating contracts. You’ll be a part of diverse multi-discipline teams, allowing you to both share what you know, as well as learn, so you can grow. Here's what you'll need
Bachelor’s Degree in civil, environmental, chemical, or mechanical engineering. Extensive project management experience for municipal wastewater treatment projects (planning, design, and construction) - Demonstrated ability to lead multi-disciplinary project teams Demonstrated understanding of municipal wastewater treatment processes and technologies Multi-discipline design management experience Strong communication skills, both written and oral Self-motivated, initiator; demonstrated through professional society involvements or related activities Demonstrated ability to develop relationships with clients and to win work Professional Engineer (PE) License in the state of Illinois or ability to obtain within 6 months
Ideally, You’ll Also Have
More than 15 years project management experience for municipal wastewater treatment projects (planning, design, and construction) Willingness to work with and mentor younger staff to develop their project management skills Experience with process mechanical design and willingness to perform as the discipline lead role on an as-needed basis Master’s Degree in civil, environmental, chemical, or mechanical engineering.

The base salary range for this position is $120,000.00 to $170,000.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
