Position Overview As a Risk AI & Analytics Senior Manager, you will help clients leverage AI at scale to improve business outcomes, focusing on risk consulting. You will work on cutting-edge data science and big data technologies, designing scalable solutions across diverse data sources and technology landscapes, with a deep understanding of internal audit, controls, and compliance. This high-growth, high-visibility role offers opportunities to develop your skills and career, focusing on AI strategy and scaling AI and Machine Learning Operations capabilities. Your Responsibilities Leading teams to define, develop, and operationalize AI strategies at scale for clients, with a focus on risk consulting. Developing comprehensive AI strategies aligned with client goals. Managing AI engineers and data scientists in delivering advanced Machine Learning and AI solutions. Staying current with AI technology trends and providing guidance on ModelOps tools and solutions. Applying business and technical knowledge to develop and execute ModelOps architectures. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to implement solutions in various client environments. Understanding industry trends, regulatory requirements, and client priorities. Building strong client relationships and delivering high-quality services. Qualifications Bachelor’s or MS degree in relevant fields such as Business, Technology, or Data Science. 8-10+ years of professional consulting experience, with 3-5+ years managing technical or consulting teams. Experience with Generative AI models, ML packages like scikit-learn, Pytorch, and ML platforms like MLFlow. Skills in Python, DevOps tools, CI/CD, containerization, and cloud platforms. Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills. Preferred Skills Experience leading large-scale data science or AI projects, familiarity with AI ethics and compliance standards, and certifications in Data & AI domains.
