About the Role: Pathways, Inc. is currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented
Customer Service Representative (CSR)
to join our administrative support team. The ideal candidate will have strong computer skills, experience with office procedures, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment supporting behavioral health services.
Key Responsibilities:
Use Pathways' Electronic Health Record (EHR) system to:
Post daily staff schedules Verify and audit clinical notes for billing accuracy Set up client guarantors and maintain accurate records Run daily client charge input logs and make corrections as needed
Perform general clerical tasks such as typing, filing, and using office equipment Support day-to-day office operations and provide excellent internal customer service Complete other duties as assigned in the full job description Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required Prior experience in office settings including data entry, filing, and customer service Computer proficiency required; experience with EHR systems preferred Strong organizational and communication skills
