to help build the next-generation trading platform-one that's event-driven, scalable, and built for speed.
In this role, you'll stay hands-on while guiding critical architectural decisions, collaborating directly with traders, developers, and business teams. You'll architect systems that enable high-performance trading operations and support expansion into new markets, including physical gas.
What You'll Do: Lead architectural design and contribute directly to the .NET codebase. Develop a scalable, modular, and maintainable software ecosystem for real-time trading. Collaborate with trading, analytics, and ops teams to shape systems aligned with business workflows. Guide DevOps and infrastructure planning in a cloud-first environment. Drive architectural best practices and mentor engineering teams. What You Bring:
5+ years designing distributed systems in high-speed industries like trading, energy, or finance. Deep expertise with .NET and event-driven architecture.
