An exciting opportunity is available to join a growing team at a leading manufacturing company. In this hands-on leadership role, you will report directly to the VP of IT and oversee cybersecurity operations and strategy. We are looking for someone who communicates well, collaborates effectively, and integrates seamlessly into a team-oriented environment.

Design, implement, and manage cybersecurity strategies to protect digital assets and systems Oversee monitoring, detection, and response to cyber threats and vulnerabilities Conduct security assessments, audits, and penetration testing; recommend and implement solutions Develop and enforce security policies, procedures, and best practices across the organization Leadership Responsibilities
Lead and mentor cybersecurity team members Manage the cybersecurity budget and recommend cost-effective solutions Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align security efforts with business goals Evaluate and manage third-party security tools and vendors Compliance & Risk
Ensure adherence to cybersecurity standards and frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, GDPR) Maintain accurate documentation of security processes and systems Regularly report on the organization's cybersecurity posture and key risk indicators Monitor system performance and assess risk; develop mitigation strategies Requirements and Background
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field 10 years of experience in cybersecurity, including at least 5 years in a leadership role Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are strongly preferred Strong background in network security, endpoint protection, and encryption technologies Experience conducting security audits and penetration testing Familiarity with regulatory compliance and cybersecurity frameworks Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills
