About the Role

As an Office Assistant, you'll be a key part of our administrative team, ensuring daily office operations run smoothly. You'll work closely with engineers, designers, and leadership, reporting to the Lead Administrative Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and assist visitors and employees at the front desk Answer and route incoming phone calls Manage office calendars and coordinate conference/hotel reservations Maintain and manage company fleet vehicle check-in/check-out Organize office events, birthdays, and team activities Assist with formatting, compiling, and organizing project documentation (e.g., permit packages, specs, bid documents) Coordinate and pick up meals for Lunch & Learns and meetings Support grant and funding application preparation Send and receive, scan, and distribute mail Scan, file, and archive project drawings and documentation (including large-format prints) Monitor and order office supplies as needed Perform other administrative tasks as assigned Minimum Qualifications

10+ Years experience in administrative role High school diploma or equivalent Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel) Valid North Carolina driver's license
