Our values underpin everything that we do at CLS and define our working environment:Pivotal purposeTrusted guardianTargeted innovationFacilitate connectionsDelivering excellenceInclusive cultureJob information:Functional title - IT Service ManagerDepartment - InfrastructureCorporate level - Assistant Vice PresidentReport to - Vice President, Infrastructure Service ManagementLocation - Iselin, NJ hybridExpected full-time salary range between $ 125,000 - 135,000 + variable compensation + 401(k) match + benefits.Note: Disclosure as required by NJ Pay Transparency Law of the expected salary compensation range for this role.What you will be doing:Take responsibility for standard processes across the stages of the ITIL lifecycle which provide effective governance for the IT servicesEngage across the Technology organization to ensure all teams drive appropriate support for live and test servicesPerform direct vendor management for key managed service providers, tracking performance against SLAs and deliveryDevelop an interlock process for CLS resilient serviceChair meetings to coordinate testing activities on the serviceCoordinate multiple activities across the change scheduleEvaluate service changes across multiple services to synchronize activitiesProvide Service Management oversight for new business services supporting the CLS Corporate strategyParticipate in project working groups to ensure delivery into service readinessDrive the Service Acceptance process in support of the delivery of changes into live service in collaboration with the Project FrameworkProvide input and support for audit and regulatory engagementsProvide 24/7 on-call escalation cover on a rotational shift basisPerform Critical Incident chair role, managing vendors and teams in the event of major incidentsProvide clear detailed updates to senior stakeholders during major incidentsEnsure compliance with SLAs and OLAs to drive efficiency within the organization and overall performance of the serviceDevelop, collate and produce metrics that measure service performance and provide management reportsWhat we're looking for:Prior IT Service Management experience across business-critical Production services to the Financial Services industryExperience of managing a highly resilient / high availability IT infrastructure / capabilityExperience of defining, promoting and maintaining ITIL Service Management processesAbility to collaborate highly effectively across Technological functions and multiple business areasAbility to comprehend complex technical issues and provide a business overview to support customer understanding of issues and resolutionProven track record in managing the recovery of complex technical issuesExperience of providing education to technical users for ITIL process executionExperience of managing Vendors and Strategic PartnersExperience in creating and updating process documentationExperience in performing a technical role in a mixed/automated operating system environmentKnowledge of Banking Systems including SWIFT and related messaging standardsStrong oral and written communication skillsProfessional qualifications / certificationsITIL certificationBachelor's degree or equivalentOur commitment to employees:At CLS, we celebrate diversity and consider this to be one of our strongest assets.
