About This Role:
Location: Scottsdale, AZ (85260) Type of Hire: Temp to Hire Start Date: September 2025 Pay Rate: $20/hour + Benefits
Training Schedule: 9am-5:30pm on Day 1, then 7AM-3:30PM from 2 nd day on, Mon-Fri
Post Training Schedule: Various shift schedules to choose from (must be willing to work at least one weekend day)
Job Duties: Assist customers by answering high volume inbound calls. Track shipments and resolve order issue. Help customers book travel or purchase rewards using their points. Support multiple bank customers that have accrued enough reward points to purchase products such as apple or Nike. Job Requirements:
Experience needed: Must have 1+ years of recent customer service experience in a call center environment or in depth administrative experience with heavy phones. Skills: Exceptional phone and communication skills, with a passion for helping people. Ability to stay positive, calm, and solution-focused. Education: High school diploma or GED
