a Technical Architect
for our client,the go-to Salesforce implementation partner for nonprofits and human services organizations across the U.S. This role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology and mission-driven work, and who's ready to lead complex technical solutions with impact at the core.
You'll architect scalable, smart, and sustainable Salesforce solutions that elevate client missions. From designing integrations to mentoring developers, your leadership will shape some of the most meaningful tech in the nonprofit and public sectors.
Technical Architect Responsibilities: Lead technical discovery and design sessions with client teams Architect comprehensive Salesforce solutions with an eye for scalability and adoption Guide integration strategies using APIs, middleware, and data flow design Own technical leadership across multiple projects simultaneously Shape technical strategy during presales, data migration, and project planning Advise clients on architecture, tools, integration, and best practices Collaborate closely with project managers, developers, and solution architects Conduct code reviews and enforce platform standards Mentor team members and contribute to internal knowledge-building Support full project lifecycle from planning to go-live and beyond
Technical Architect Requirements:
Salesforce Platform Developer I & at least one Architect-level certification (required) Proven ability to design and deliver complex, cross-cloud Salesforce solutions Deep experience in Apex, LWC, Salesforce DX, version control, and CI/CD Integration expertise (MuleSoft, Jitterbit, or equivalent) Strong communicator-able to bridge technical and non-technical audiences Passion for solving problems, mentoring teams, and delivering quality Bachelor's in Computer Science or equivalent experience Experience balancing design decisions with client budget and capacity
Preferred:
Experience with Nonprofit Cloud, Health Cloud, or human services orgs AI integration familiarity is a bonus
Benefits & Perks:
Salary: $110,000-$170,000 Hybrid schedule: 2 days in-office, 3 days remote 80% medical premium covered, plus dental and vision Unlimited vacation, paid sick time, and volunteer PTO
