Business Development Manager
who thrives working in a fast-paced environment, to drive C3 AI partner ecosystem. This position will be an integral part of a growing Alliances team and will lead cross-functional projects with C3 AI Sales, Product, Marketing, Legal and Finance teams to scale C3 AI’s go-to-market operations. Our ideal candidate is a creative thinker with analytic and problem-solving capabilities, a compelling storyteller, and able to transform complex needs and solutions into simple differentiated messages, while also having a passion for people demonstrated by engaging cross-functionally to deliver sophisticated products and solutions. Responsibilities: Own C3 AI relationship with strategic partners, covering sales, product integration, enablement, and marketing. Drive C3 AI partners and internal sales team to set and realize company commercial goals. Create business plans with key stakeholders and ensure goals are defined, measured, tracked, and met. Collaborate with C3 AI partners to create a joint go-to-market strategy, business plans, and joint value proposition. Coordinate with C3 AI Product Marketing and Marketing teams to develop compelling sales and marketing collateral, including but not limited to joint pitch decks, customer case studies, datasheets, marketing campaign content, product positioning, sales plays, and FAQs. Lead sales enablement for strategic partners. Collaborate with Products, Engineering, Operations, Sales, and Marketing to develop new product offerings within existing and new lines of business. Support C3 AI Marketing team to run successful joint marketing campaigns with partners. Requirements: Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or similar fields. Master of Science or Business Administration degrees a plus. 2+ years of work experience delivering compelling product market results. Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills. Ability to juggle projects simultaneously, working both independently and collaboratively across diverse teams. Experience managing and developing new product marketing programs with clear data driven results. Experience managing product positioning, competitive analysis, and product pricing. Ability to develop partner go-to-market strategy and execute against strategic plans. Prior experience and understanding of AI and Machine Learning are highly favorable.
