Oracle HCM Functional Lead
to deliver comprehensive end-to-end solutions that meet clients’ business requirements. This role involves leading teams and managing full lifecycle implementations of Oracle HCM modules, particularly in
Learning or Core HR or Absences, or Benefits . Your Role: As the Functional Lead, you will: Lead requirement analysis and functional solution design for Oracle HCM modules: TLearning, Core HR, Absences, or Benefits Oversee configuration, testing, deployment, and release management for Oracle Cloud HCM solutions Coordinate training delivery, support strategies, and stakeholder engagement Manage reporting requirements and documentation throughout the project lifecycle Foster team collaboration and ensure adherence to timelines and deliverables Communicate effectively with remote end-users and project sponsors Champion continuous process improvement across HCM functions Required Skills and Experience: 6–10 years of experience as an Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Consultant Experience with
at least one of
the following modules: Learning, Core HR, Absences, or Benefits One or more full lifecycle implementations within Oracle Cloud HCM Proven team leadership across project phases Skilled in design, testing, deployment, and training within Oracle Cloud applications Strong verbal and written communication in English Confident working with remote teams and stakeholders Life at Capgemini Capgemini supports all aspects of your well-being throughout the changing stages of your life and career.
