Position Overview Arcadis, the world's leading company delivering sustainable design, engineering, and consultancy solutions, is seeking an Architectural and Engineering Senior Design Manager to join our Design Management team within the North America Places group. This remote role can be based anywhere in the USA, with an expectation of 25% domestic travel within the US. Role Responsibilities
Coordinate with architects, engineers, designers, consultants, and managers to align objectives and progress. Lead strategic pursuits, develop delivery strategies, and manage financial targets. Oversee project financials, resource deployment, and project controls. Drive timely service delivery, ensuring technical and commercial excellence. Implement design delivery best practices, including risk and change management. Develop project plans for various design and engineering services. Deliver client presentations, prepare reports, and communicate technical concepts effectively. Qualifications & Experience
10+ years of experience leading large multi-disciplinary design-engineered solutions and projects. Strong financial and client management background. Experience with Autodesk platforms such as Autodesk Construction Cloud or BIM solutions. BA in Architecture or Engineering; PMP, PE, RA certifications preferred.
