The SVP of e-Commerce and Digital Experience is responsible for creating an engaging and continuously evolving digital experience for Build-A-Bear websites in the global scope across all social platforms. The role has substantial impact accelerating growth, fostering innovation, and enhancing market competitiveness through a seamless digital customer journey and optimized e-commerce operations.

Responsibilities: Build, lead, and develop a high performing team Revenue growth and market expansion Customer experience differentiation Enhance business frameworks, streamline data management and define key metrics and performance drivers Operational efficiency Cross-functional influence Innovative leadership Budgeting and long-range strategic vision Required Qualifications: 12+ years of relevant business experience 8+ years of e-Commerce leadership experience Proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics and Salesforce Commerce Cloud Proficiency with Ecommerce systems such as CRM, SEO and content management systems, as well as data analytics and business intelligence tools Preferred Qualifications: Professional certifications ECM, Google Analytics, PMP, ACE, CDMP, AWS certification, Agile Master’s Degree Behavioral Traits for Success: Driven to achieve results that align with the strategic goals of the organization Initiative, sense of urgency, and the ability to stay focused on results despite changing conditions Decision-making is focused on implementing practical and timely solutions A natural leadership style that trains and engages others in an enthusiastic way Learns quickly and thoroughly while continually recognizing and adapting to change Effective delegator Innovative and creative problem solver Action-oriented Influences and stimulates others to action Working Environment: Typical office environment with climate control and sufficient lighting, ergonomic desk/chairs Hybrid work schedule Corporate Office located in St. Louis, MO Up to 25% travel Your Performance Will Be Measured On: Your performance will be measured by your ability to achieve annual department objectives and corporate goals which include but are not limited to the following: Decision-making, judgment, and execution Revenue growth Use of data Key Performance Indicators measured and created Ability to work effectively across all divisions Customer journey Optimized e-Commerce Synchronized strategies Digital innovation Communication Ability to influence upward and across peer set Quality presentations that are engaging and offer actionable insight Ability to foster team collaboration, communication, and performance Stakeholder Feedback
