Small Business Tax Manager
to join our team and lead tax planning, compliance, and strategy for a dynamic portfolio of small business clients, with a special focus on the dental, medical, and veterinary industries. Act as the trusted advisor for small business clients, addressing tax concerns and proactively identifying opportunities. Specialize in industries like dental, medical, and veterinary to deliver tailored insights. Compliance & Strategy Review and oversee tax returns, ensuring regulatory compliance. Analyze tax implications and present actionable solutions to clients. Lead strategy development to optimize clients' tax positions and outcomes. Manage and mentor a team of tax professionals. Organize and conduct training in specialized areas of taxation. Dive deep into one or more tax specializations, including corporate, partnerships, state and local, R&D credits, and more. What We're Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field. 5–8 years of experience in taxation with some supervisory experience. Strong analytical, research, and relationship-building skills. Familiarity with ASC 740-10, tax accruals, and financial reporting is a plus. Ready to Make an Impact?
