We are seeking an experienced
First Chair Jury Trial Lawyer
with a minimum of
20 years of litigation experience
to join our team. This role is ideal for a highly skilled attorney with a strong track record in leading jury trials and achieving favorable verdicts. The successful candidate will handle high-stakes, complex litigation, develop trial strategies, and serve as the primary advocate in court. Candidates must submit a detailed trial resume highlighting their experience and success rate.

What You’ll Do
Serve as lead trial counsel in jury trials, managing cases from inception through verdict. Develop and execute comprehensive trial strategies, including jury selection, opening and closing statements, and examination of witnesses. Handle all aspects of litigation, including discovery, motion practice, depositions, mediations, and settlement negotiations. Provide legal counsel and strategy recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders. Supervise and mentor junior attorneys and support staff as needed. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant case law, procedural rules, and industry trends. Collaborate with experts, investigators, and consultants to prepare compelling cases.
What You Bring
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and current bar membership in the relevant jurisdiction(s). (Arizona and/or New Mexico, Nevada) 20+ years of litigation experience, with a strong emphasis on jury trials as first chair. Proven trial record with a detailed trial resume showcasing representative cases, verdicts, and notable achievements. Exceptional oral advocacy, legal research, and writing skills. Strong ability to manage complex cases and communicate effectively with clients. Demonstrated leadership skills and experience mentoring attorneys and legal staff.
Preferred Skills
Expertise in areas such as insurance defense, corporate litigation, or other complex litigation fields. Ability to manage a caseload while meeting deadlines and achieving favorable outcomes.
