We are looking for a Senior Solution Architect to design innovative and scalable solutions that
support critical business objectives. This position plays a key role in translating strategic goals
into practical, enterprise-level architectures and works closely with both IT and business
stakeholders.
Role Overview
The ideal candidate brings a balance of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and strong
communication skills, acting as a bridge between vision and execution. This is a full-time, direct-

Key Responsibilities
Solution Architecture • Design secure, scalable, and maintainable solution architectures aligned with enterprise
standards. • Evaluate technical requirements and ensure compliance with architectural principles. • Create detailed architecture documentation and diagrams. • Develop and adapt implementation plans as project scope evolves.
Enterprise Architecture Support • Contribute to enterprise standards, models, and reusable design patterns. • Participate in governance activities and architecture tool evaluations. • Align solution architecture with business strategy through close collaboration with
stakeholders.
Implementation Support • Build and test prototypes to validate architectural decisions. • Support delivery teams in troubleshooting technical challenges. • Maintain accurate solution documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
Risk Management • Ensure solutions meet enterprise risk and compliance standards. • Monitor architectural health and address emerging technical issues. • Promote continuous improvement in architecture quality and system resilience.
Professional Development & Mentorship • Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies. • Mentor junior team members and contribute to team knowledge-sharing.• Pursue certifications and ongoing training relevant to the role.
Required Skills & Qualifications • Demonstrated experience designing enterprise-grade solutions. • Strong background in systems architecture, prototyping, and diagramming tools. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for both technical and non-technical
audiences. • Ability to thrive in a cross-functional, Agile environment. • Experience in enterprise modeling, technology evaluation, and risk management.
