As a Program Manager at Tactile Medical, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end execution of critical projects and complex initiatives that have a significant impact on our business performance. With a specific emphasis on data-driven decision-making, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Manufacturing Ops/R&D, Reimbursement Operations, Marketing, Sales, and other relevant departments to ensure the successful governance, planning, coordination, and delivery of projects that drive business growth and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with key stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and success criteria, ensuring alignment with Tactile's strategic goals. Develop and maintain a comprehensive program/project plan, outlining tasks, milestones, timelines, and resource requirements. May maintain and lead a portfolio of interdependent projects and initiatives spanning multiple departments linked to a common strategic initiative or business goal. Lead cross-functional teams through the program/project lifecycle, providing clear direction, setting priorities, and fostering a collaborative working environment. Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies; implement mitigation strategies as needed to ensure successful outcomes. Leverage data and metrics to make informed decisions and recommendations throughout the program lifecycle. Communicate progress, status updates, and key milestones to executive leadership and stakeholders. Work closely with teams to ensure the seamless integration of technology solutions that supportobjectives. Collaborate with subject matter experts to define data requirements and analytics strategies for successful implementation. Support change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption of new processes, technologies, and initiatives. Gather, prepare and produce high quality reports, presentations. Track and escalate issues and risks, ensuring full visibility, mitigation and resolution. Operate as a leader of continuous governance improvement and change agent within the organization. Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Education & Experience Required: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Data Analytics, Strategic Management or a related field Experience in defining and executing IT governance Experience in leading and operating agile delivery Minimum of 6 years of experience in program or project management, preferably overseeing complex initiatives requiring business and IT collaboration, with a strong focus on data analysis. Preferred: Master's degree Project Management Professional (PMP) certification Experience in medical device or related industries Knowledge & Skills Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, balancing priorities and resources effectively. Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across various levels of the organization. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with proficiency in data interpretation and visualization tools. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present complex ideas in a clear and concise manner. Strong knowledge of performance evaluation and change management principles Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and methods Strong proficiency in project management software, collaboration tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and data analytics tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI). Ability to drive business insights and operational improvement in a collaborative, cross-functional environment Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Ability to set priorities based upon deadlines and department needs
Below is the starting salary range for this position, although offers may differ based on the candidate's location, job-specific knowledge, skills and experience.
