We are inviting applications for the role of Assistant Vice President, Sales Director. In this role, you will be responsible for growing our business by pursuing new clients and managing the entire pursuit process from lead generation to contract signing. Responsibilities
Deal Origination:
Responsible for expanding our business with new clients across various industries. Market Research:
Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and the competitive landscape. Use insights to shape business development strategies. Pipeline Management:
Maintain a consistent pipeline of opportunities aligned with the organization’s strategic focus. Proposal Development:
Collaborate with Business Units, Data-Tech-AI functions, and Commercial/Pricing teams to craft compelling proposals that communicate our value to potential clients. Negotiation and Closing:
Lead contract negotiations to reach mutually beneficial agreements, closing deals timely while meeting or exceeding revenue targets. Sales Management:
Keep accurate records of all business development activities, including pipeline updates, client interactions, and sales metrics. Provide regular reports to senior management. Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications / Skills Based in the US, UK, or EU, and open to relocating to these regions. Experience in client-facing roles, building relationships with C-suite executives and senior stakeholders. Understanding of services in Finance & Accounting, Supply Chain, or Financial Services, including market trends and client needs. Proficiency with technology tools, platforms, and systems; understanding of AI concepts relevant to your industry. Willingness to travel for meetings and sales activities. For Europe, proficiency in regional languages (German, Dutch, Swedish, Italian, French) is preferred. Preferred Qualifications / Skills Previous sales or consulting experience at Genpact or related roles. Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce and digital sales tools. Personal Attributes

The approximate annual base salary range for this position is $100,000–$125,000. The actual offer will depend on experience, skills, location, and internal considerations.
