As a Quality Assurance Personnel, you will be responsible for conducting product testing, verifying product specifications, and identifying and addressing quality issues.OverviewWe're looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our quality team. As a Quality Assurance Personnel, you will be the first point of contact for our products, ensuring that they meet our quality standards and specifications. You will work closely with our production team to identify and resolve quality issues, and collaborate with our inspectors and packers to ensure seamless operations. If you're passionate about quality and have a keen eye for detail, we want to hear from you!Required Skills•Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment •Ability to comprehend and follow specifications and quality control procedures (PQCT) •Strong communication skills to effectively report quality issues and status to Shift Supervisor •Ability to make adjustments and resolve quality issues •Basic computer skills and knowledge of WMS (Warehouse Management System) preferredNice to Have Skills•Previous experience as an inspector or packer •Experience with product testing and quality control procedures •Knowledge of raw materials and their specificationsPreferred Education and Experience•High School Diploma or equivalent •Inspector/Packer training preferredOther Requirements•Ability to relieve inspectors/packers for breaks •Ability to participate in investigations and corrective actions for quality issues or customer complaints •Ability to assist in product retesting/re-inspection on Holds and ReturnsTake the next step in your career and join our team as a Quality Assurance Personnel.
