Responsibilities
Led business intelligence efforts for Patina Group, delivering actionable insights from transactional sales data using advanced analytics Designed and maintained Tableau dashboards to visualize KPIs and drive strategic decision-making across departments Developed labor optimization models and staffing dashboards to support efficient workforce planning Built scalable predictive and prescriptive analytics solutions for pricing, menu engineering, and demand forecasting Integrated multiple data sources to inform competitive pricing strategies through cost analysis and market trend evaluation Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, mathematics, or similar field; master's degree preferred Minimum of 3 years of experience in business analytics, business intelligence, or similar function, working in a fast-paced environment; preferably in hospitality or restaurant industries Experience in analytics and predictive tools such as Advanced Excel and R Experience in data warehousing tools such as SQL Experience in data visualization tools; Tableau preferred Prior experience with point of sales systems preferred
