Position Overview & Responsibilities for the Desktop Support Technician:

Provide proficient hardware, software, and networking support Utilize operating systems such as Remedy, Zabbix, Maquetador - DAM, Power BI Manage device lifecycle using CMDB and Remedy Asset Manager Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently Monitor, update, and manage support tickets daily Required Skills for the Desktop Support Technician:

Fluency in Spanish and English Experience with hardware/software types: NCR, Toshiba Familiarity with device types: Bluebird, Zebra, iOS Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities Excellent customer service and technical support skills Ability to explain technical issues or solutions to non-technical users Experience in prioritizing and managing multiple open incidents or requests What's in it for you?
