The Position The Director of Clinical Services, PACE Program, will lead clinical operations for approximately 205+ PACE participants, overseeing primary care, home care, physical therapy (PT/OT), risk management, quality metrics, and safety operations for HopeWest. Reporting directly to the Executive Director of PACE, this leader will oversee approximately 50+ FTEs including RNs, CNAs, PT/OT, managers and in close collaboration with physician and IDT. In collaboration with fellow Director's, the Director will focus on ongoing clinical initiatives including care plans, behavioral health initiatives, and case reviews. Key responsibilities for this leader include fostering trust through strong staff relationships, assessing team dynamics, identifying and removing barriers, leveraging data to drive decisions, and providing recommendations for improvement and positive change. Additional responsibilities include clinical oversight related to workflow development, fall risks, committee reviews, finances/invoices and some pharmacy workflows. The ideal candidate is a hands-on, collaborative leader with a proven ability to build strong relationships and drive results. Additionally, this leader must be adaptive, communicative, and bring exceptional decision-making and business acumen skills to ensure that the program can achieve both long- and short-term goals. BSN is required

MSN is preferred. Active CO and/or compact RN license and/or ability to require is required. A minimum of five years of clinical nursing experience including a minimum of three years of leadership experience is required. Critical Care/Home Health experience is strongly preferred. Compensation Details

The base salary range for this position is $120,000 to $130,000 annually. In addition, a leader may be eligible for other benefits, including but not limited to health insurance coverage, retirement benefits, and bonuses. The total compensation for the finalist selected for this role will be determined based on various factors, including but not limited to scope of role, level of experience, education, accomplishments, internal equity, budget, and subject to Fair Market Value evaluation.
