We are looking for a talented

Fabricator who is responsible for supporting the fabrication department through, welding, fabrication, bending, and shearing.

Main Responsibilities:

Understanding and reading of blueprints for fabrication. Check raw material for dimensional accuracy and quantity record. Fit and weld fabrications to print tolerance. Highly proficient in Heavy MiG, Tig, and Stick welding in both flat and out of position techniques. Knowledge to operate a shear machine, press brake and pinch roll. Knowledge to operate a overhead crane and welding machines. Proficient in straightening and finish grinding of fabricated assemblies. Design and build of jigs and fixtures to save time and ensure accurate positioning of components. Ensure work is performed in a safe manner using all available safety equipment. All other related duties as assigned. Possess mental faculties consistent with performing the minimum requirements of the job. High School Diploma. Minimum 3 years of experience in welding and fabricating. Forklift Certification. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Able to read measuring tape and ruler and follow basic blueprints Knowledge of shop mathematics Ability to use a computer Physical Requirements

Ability to walk. Ability to speak verbally. Ability to see with corrective lenses. Ability to hear. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Ability to bend, stoop, crouch, reach, hand-eye coordination, and manual dexterity. Ability to use a computer. Ability to travel up to 10% domestically. Hazards:

Normal hazards related to working in an office environment. Normal hazards related to working in a manufacturing and testing environment. Normal hazards related to road and air travel.
