Join our dynamic team as a Senior Engineering Manager, where you will lead a group of talented engineers in developing innovative solutions that incorporate or support AI technologies. You will be responsible for project planning, execution, and team development, ensuring that we meet our technical and business objectives. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and strong leadership skills to drive the successful implementation of AI-enabled features and products. Key Responsibilities: Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing engineering team, encouraging technical growth and expertise in relevant areas, including AI integration.

Oversee the full software development lifecycle for projects, from planning and design to deployment and monitoring, ensuring quality and efficiency, particularly for features involving AI components.

Champion best practices in software engineering, including code quality, automated testing (including testing of AI model integration), and CI/CD pipelines.

Work closely with product management, data scientists, and ML engineers to define project scope, requirements, and deliverables for AI-related features and products.

Ensure the scalability, reliability, and performance of the systems developed by the team, especially those handling AI workloads or model inference.

Manage project timelines, resources, and dependencies effectively.

Facilitate technical discussions and decision-making within the team.

Participate in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members.

Qualifications: Minimum 6 years in software development, including proven experience (typically 2-3 years) in an engineering leadership or management role.

Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and modern development processes.

Experience with agile development methodologies and project management tools.

Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and building scalable distributed systems.

Understanding of how to integrate and deploy machine learning models within software applications is a strong plus.

Ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve ambitious goals and foster a collaborative engineering culture.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
