We are seeking a skilled, knowledgeable, and dedicated Trust & Estates Attorney to handle a diverse range of trust and estate matters. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in trust administration, estate planning, and probate law, and will be adept at managing complex cases with professionalism and care. This position allows for remote work, requires exceptional legal acumen, client-focused service, and the ability to work collaboratively within our team. Key Responsibilities: Provide expert legal advice and representation in trust and estate planning matters, including drafting wills, trusts, and related documents. Advise clients on estate tax implications, asset protection, and wealth transfer strategies. Represent clients in probate proceedings, including filing petitions, attending court hearings, and resolving disputes. Manage and oversee trust administration, including the distribution of assets and compliance with legal requirements. Conduct legal research and prepare legal documents, including motions, briefs, and correspondence. Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and trust. Collaborate with other attorneys and staff within the firm to provide comprehensive legal services. Qualifications: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Minimum of 3 years of experience in trust and estates law, with a focus on estate planning, probate, and trust administration. Probate litigation experience is strongly preferred. Proven track record of managing complex cases and delivering favorable outcomes for clients. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team. High level of professionalism and ethical standards. Competitive salary between $200,000 and $225,000 depending upon experience and qualifications, plus performance-based bonuses. Health, dental, and vision insurance.
