Must-Have Experience:

Job Overview: CRM Solution Architect, Patient Support Services We are seeking a skilled, hands-on Salesforce Solution Architect to join our Patient Services Solution Architecture team. This role involves leading the design and implementation of cutting-edge solutions to improve patient experience, drive operational efficiency, and enable data-driven decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead design and implementation of Salesforce Health Cloud platforms and integrations Architect large-scale Patient Support Programs (PSPs) including patient case management and engagement Align architecture with enterprise strategy and governance standards Translate business/technical requirements into architectural blueprints Integrate partner services such as Benefits Verification, Co-Pay, and Dispense Provide technical oversight for SF Health Cloud implementations using Snowflake, Informatica, AWS S3, Python Conduct Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and present findings Optimize existing architecture for performance, reuse, and cost-efficiency Collaborate with stakeholders to align solutions with business needs Maintain architecture documentation, roadmaps, and C4 model diagrams Ensure compliance with PHI, GxP, HIPAA, and GDPR regulations Support Agile Dev/Ops integration and architecture adherence Stay current with emerging CRM technologies and best practices
Key Qualifications:
Salesforce Certified Application and System Architect (preferred) 5+ years of experience in Salesforce solution architecture Expert in Salesforce OmniStudio (Integration Procedures, OmniScripts, Data Raptors) Strong understanding of Salesforce Health Cloud, FHIR, consent management Proven ability to communicate technical concepts to varied audiences Background in patient-facing technologies and healthcare platforms Familiar with encryption, data masking, anonymization techniques Experience working in a regulated (GxP, HIPAA, GDPR) environment Skilled in cloud-native technologies and API strategies Agile methodology experience (Scrum, SAFe, etc.) Excellent collaboration, communication, and documentation skills
Nice to Have:
Experience in the life sciences/pharma industry Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Veeva, Service Cloud Voice Public cloud experience (AWS, Azure) Data warehousing experience (Snowflake) Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI, Tableau Familiarity with AI/ML, DevOps, GitHub, AutoRabbit, Terraform Experience with architecture modeling (C4 model)
