Shaw Renewable Investments) is a market-leading owner and operator of renewable energy projects throughout the United States. We have acquired or developed approximately 11 gigawatts of contracted capacity across a portfolio of over 70 renewable energy projects in 24 states. About The Role DESRI seeks a talented and highly motivated individual to join as a project delivery manager or senior manager (title commensurate with experience). This role involves managing projects from mid-stage development through financing, construction, and into commercial operation. You will coordinate with technical, legal, and commercial teams, oversee external consultants, and manage relationships with stakeholders such as landowners, permitting authorities, and utilities. You will also facilitate communication among internal teams including Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Legal, Finance, and Asset Management. What You'll Do

Manage projects through various stages: development, financing, construction, and operation. Coordinate construction activities with internal and third-party teams. Prioritize tasks, delegate effectively, and resolve technical, legal, and commercial issues. Oversee external consultants and stakeholder interactions. Maintain communication among internal teams and external partners. Qualifications

5-12+ years of relevant experience with a degree in a technical field or equivalent. Experience in the power or renewable energy industry, especially solar project development, construction, or asset management. Deep knowledge of renewable energy technologies and industry regulations. Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills. Willingness to travel for site visits and meetings. Familiarity with contract management (PPA, GIA, EPC, etc.) is preferred. The annual base salary ranges from $130,000 to $150,000, complemented by variable bonuses, health benefits, 401(k) matching, paid time off, wellness programs, family benefits, and charitable matching.
