Test Manager SME
in Dayton, OH.

The candidate will provide direct T&E management support to a major USAF aircraft program office, leveraging their T&E expertise to support systems and subsystems development, procurement, and sustainment activities throughout their life cycles. This includes pre/post award T&E tasks. The individual must be familiar with DoD and USAF T&E regulations, processes, and procedures to support the design, planning, execution, and analysis phases of test programs, assessing the performance of aeronautical systems, subsystems, and equipment across acquisition phases. Role Contribution:
Supporting a critical national defense aircraft program, ensuring platform modernization and offensive capabilities are tested and delivered on time to operational squadrons. Ideal Candidate: Strong background in aircraft system and subsystem developmental T&E. Experience in a major weapon systems program management office. Self-starter with minimal oversight needed. Organized with excellent communication skills across diverse audiences. Passionate and prideful in their work. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Assist in designing, planning, executing, analyzing, and reporting T&E programs. Review and develop program documentation for T&E management requirements. Support development of documentation and presentation materials. Advise on source selections related to T&E. Support all aspects of test program activities and interactions with test organizations. Analyze requirements, T&E concepts, strategies, and plans. Assist with Acceptance Test Procedures and coordinate testing requirements. Provide technical analysis support in various technical forums. Assess and analyze test strategies and requirements impacting system performance and safety. Support tradeoff studies and recommend test strategies. Maintain and review test documentation such as TEMP, Test Plans, and Reports. Recommend data processing and analysis considerations. Assist in scheduling and securing test resources. Provide on-site test facility improvement recommendations. Develop test requirements for aircraft and weapons system modernization programs. Qualifications: 10+ years in T&E, including weapon system platform management. 5+ years in DoD. Defense Acquisition T&E Level III Certification or equivalent. Experience in test management, program execution, and policy at senior levels. Education:
Bachelor's degree with 15+ years or Master's degree with 12+ years in engineering/STEM fields preferred. Desired Skills:
Experience in program management. Security Clearance:
Active TOP SECRET with SCI and SAP eligibility.
