VP, IT Project Manager , you will oversee the delivery of critical company commitments and complex portfolios/projects. You may also lead a team of project managers. This role is part of the Digital Delivery Project Management Organization within Digital Technology, playing a key role in supporting company growth. Responsibilities
Lead a high-performing PMO team, fostering collaboration, innovation, and accountability Provide program leadership, managing budgets, reporting, vendor oversight, and project delivery Oversee delivery of strategic projects across teams and portfolios Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes using modern methodologies Serve as the main contact between business leaders, stakeholders, and project teams Develop career growth and learning opportunities for team members Utilize JIRA to generate reports, track progress, and improve team performance Qualifications
Proven success in leading and developing project managers and PMO processes 7+ years managing large-scale, cross-functional programs 3+ years leading high-performing teams Deep knowledge of project management methodologies (agile, waterfall, lean, design thinking) Strong relationship skills and experience influencing executives Excellent communication skills for all organizational levels Proficiency in JIRA & Confluence Experience in financial services or mortgage banking preferred Certifications such as Agile, Scaled Agile, PMP, or PgMP are desirable Why Join Us Pennymac helps over 4 million homeowners and is committed to sustainable growth, inclusion, and a values-driven culture.
