Role: Dynamic Advisor Solutions is seeking an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Business Development Officer to join our team remotely. This role is pivotal in expanding our advisor network by engaging with potential financial advisors, initiating meaningful connections, and generating leads. The ideal candidate is a natural communicator, driven to succeed, and thrives in a sales environment with significant growth potential. The main objective is to expand the firm's advisor network and increase assets under management by promoting the value of Dynamic’s integrated services, operational support, and investment solutions. Reside in a Western U.S.
time zone and comfortable working Arizona hours. Prefer candidate to be based in Phoenix, Arizona. This is a high-impact opportunity with a competitive base salary with
high level of incentive income potential
through a robust incentive structure tied to revenue and AUM growth. Responsibilities: Lead Generation:
Leverage company-provided lists and research methods to identify and engage with potential financial advisors. Cold Calling:
Initiate contact with financial advisors to introduce Dynamic Advisor Solutions and articulate the value of joining our platform. Advisor Recruitment : Identify, engage, and recruit independent financial advisors and RIAs aligned with our platform's value proposition. Proposal Support:
Collaborate with business development and asset management teams to dissect and tailor sales proposals for advisor prospects. Product Knowledge:
Deeply understand and articulate the benefits of Dynamic Managed Services and related investment offerings. Pipeline Management:
Build and manage a pipeline of prospective advisors using proactive outreach, referrals, and inbound inquiries. Asset Management AUM Development:
Leverage knowledge of asset management strategies to communicate platform benefits, investment offerings, and portfolio management opportunities. Transition Coordination:
Act as a guide for a critical part of our efforts by providing a white-glove level of service to ensure advisors feel comfortable joining us. Develop and execute smooth transition plans to make the onboarding process seamless. Data-Driven Reporting:
Maintain CRM hygiene and report pipeline metrics, conversion rates, and revenue and AUM growth accurately and regularly. Industry Engagement:
Represent Dynamic Advisor Solutions at industry events, webinars, and conferences to increase brand awareness and expand reach. Qualifications: Business Development Experience: 2+ years of business development or advisor recruiting experience in the financial services industry, with a proven track record of results. Advisor Recruiting Background: Strong background in recruiting independent financial advisors and RIAs to platforms, custodians, or TAMPs. CRM Proficiency: Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and a data-driven approach to pipeline management. RIA Experience: 3 Years in the Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) space is preferred. Advisor Experience and Certifications: Experience as an independent financial advisor is a plus; FINRA Series 65 and or CFP certification (or progress towards them) is preferred Communication: Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with the ability to build trust and drive urgency. Self-Starter: Highly motivated, entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
