Key Responsibilities Lead and support all phases of litigation, from investigation through trial Draft and argue motions, including dispositive and discovery motions Conduct depositions of parties, experts, and key witnesses Collaborate with trial teams to develop case strategy and trial preparation Work directly with clients to provide strategic legal counsel
Qualifications J.D. from an accredited law school Active California Bar membership 3–7 years of litigation experience in a law firm or trial setting Strong analytical, writing, and oral advocacy skills Proven ability to manage complex caseloads and deadlines Practice Areas: Business Litigation | Personal Injury Defense (Preferred, not mandatory)
Compensation & Benefits Salary Range: $150,000 – $180,000 per year (commensurate with experience) Performance-based bonuses Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with employer contribution CLE support and professional development resources Hybrid work flexibility and a collegial team culture
