The ISV Partner Success Manager will manage ISV partners with their primary focus on strategic growth and expanding relationships with ISV Partners. The role will take ownership for strategic relationships with ISV Partners, exhibit a strategic approach for growth, and ensure that ISV products integrate effectively.

Duties And Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic plans for growing ISV partner network Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at partner organizations Assist partners in integrating their solutions with company platform Provide insights to leadership on partnership performance and providing key metrics, and implement improvements to drive revenue growth Provide ongoing support for partners’ go-to-market (GTM) strategies Analyze partnership data and provide regular reports to stakeholders.

Requirements and Qualifications:

Two to three years of experience in the payments industry in ISV partnership management, sales, or business development Strategic and sales-minded with the ability to adapt quickly to changing situations Excellent interpersonal communication skills with a high level of professionalism Knowledge of go-to-marketing (GTM) strategies Highly collaborative
