Lead Product Manager
to build and optimize the
growth loops
that drive sustainable, organic user acquisition and engagement — all from within the product itself. You’ll identify and launch features that encourage users to invite friends, share milestones, and stay engaged through compounding value. You’ll work at the intersection of product design, behavioral psychology, data, and growth strategy — helping turn first-time investors into confident, lifelong users who advocate for the product. What you'll do: Design and own
product-led growth loops
— such as referrals, shareable achievements, milestone celebrations, educational progress incentives, and social investing tools. Leverage behavioral insights to reduce friction and build trust among
first-time investors , helping them feel confident and motivated. Analyze product data and user behavior to uncover opportunities that deepen engagement and trigger organic growth. Drive
experimentation
— rapidly prototype, test, and iterate on new growth mechanisms using A/B testing and cohort analysis. Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and data science to bring impactful growth features to life What we're looking for: 5+ years of product management experience, with a strong track record building
growth-oriented
or
engagement-focused
features. Experience designing and scaling
product-driven growth loops , ideally in a B2C or mobile-first app. Data fluency — confident interpreting behavioral metrics, experiment results, and user segmentation data. Familiarity with the
unique mindset of first-time investors
— building trust, guiding action, and celebrating progress. Ability to drive alignment and execution across design, engineering, and marketing functions. A bias toward rapid testing, iteration, and learning from data. Experience in consumer fintech, personal finance, investing, or education-driven products.
