In digital assurance at PwC, you will focus on providing assurance services over clients' digital environment, including processes and controls, cyber security measures, data and AI systems, and their associated governance, to help organisations and their stakeholders build trust in their technology while complying with relevant regulations.

Take ownership of projects, ensuring their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. Effectively mentor others. Use the review of work as an opportunity to deepen the expertise of team members. The Opportunity
As part of the Digital Assets team you will lead teams and manage client accounts, securing successful project delivery. As a Manager you will motivate and inspire others to deliver quality while leveraging team strengths and managing performance to meet client expectations. This role offers the chance to cultivate meaningful client relationships and embrace innovative technologies, all while contributing to the success of our firm.

Mentor junior staff to foster their professional growth Supervise and coach teams to enhance performance and deliverables Manage the auditing and consulting of IT controls Maintain adherence to current and emerging technology standards Oversee the strategic planning and execution of client engagements Build and maintain powerful relationships with clients
What You Must Have
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Management Information Systems, Management Information Systems & Accounting, Computer and Information Science, Economics, Business Administration/Management, Engineering, Mathematics, Accounting & Technology 5 years of experience Certified Public Accountant or Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA)

The salary range for this position is: $82,500 - $291,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
