Preferred Location: Remote with travel once a month to Buffalo, NY **NO 3rd Parties or Sponsorship Role Description: We are seeking a Change Manager to support the ongoing implementation and stabilization of Oracle Cloud Financials. This role will play a key role in supporting business-as-usual (BAU) operations and post-implementation activities. Key Responsibilities: Support and drive the execution of change management activities for Oracle Cloud Financials across multiple workstreams. Collaborate closely with project teams and business stakeholders to ensure seamless system adoption and integration. Deliver targeted communications and training tailored to both finance and non-finance users. Support end users through process changes and system impacts, including BAU stabilization efforts. Actively gather and act on feedback to improve user experience, training, and adoption strategies. Follow through on assigned tasks and directions with a focus on quality and completion. Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in change management roles. Proven experience implementing change in complex environments Strong OCM communication, training, and stakeholder engagement skills. Banking/Finance experience Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field. Change management certification is a plus but not required. We don't need someone who understands ADKAR, but needs to have actual experience implementing change Nice to have: Oracle Cloud Financials experience Banking/Finance experience What We're Looking For: • A strong executor – someone who takes direction well and follows through with minimal oversight. • Practical, hands-on experience implementing organizational change • A team player who can work well with others and adapt to evolving priorities and project needs.
