Manage a team of professionals and develop strategies across multiple lines of business and functions such as Client Insights and Marketing. Support Laurel Road's lending and deposits products by developing detailed reports and forecasts, analyzing industry performance, macroeconomic trends, and product metrics. Combine business knowledge, technical skills (SAS, Data Visualization, Excel), and communication skills to succeed. Offer career growth opportunities within the broader product, analytics, and pricing teams. Location:
Work from Cleveland, OH, New York, NY, or Shelton, CT. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Portfolio Insights:
Use data analysis to provide insights on product performance and industry trends. Problem Solving:
Develop analytics frameworks and KPIs to support business growth and profitability. Strategic Planning:
Lead deposit forecasting and monitor progress against benchmarks. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work with Product, Marketing, and Operations teams. Communication:
Present insights to senior leaders and stakeholders. Leadership:
Mentor 1-2 analysts, provide guidance, and work effectively in a matrix organization. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher; quantitative discipline preferred. 8+ years in product, marketing, finance, or related fields. Experience in analytics, consulting, financial services, or strategy. Knowledge of banking, especially deposit products. Proficiency in building performance dashboards, KPIs, and benchmarks. Strong analytical, business, and critical thinking skills. Project Management & People Leadership:
Manage projects end-to-end, communicate with stakeholders, and escalate issues. Lead 1-2 analysts, collaborate with peers, and support team development. Technical Skills:
Expertise in data analysis, SAS/SQL/R/Python, and data visualization tools like Looker Studio or Tableau. Communication Skills:
Effective communicator across all levels, with strong relationship-building skills. Career Path & Location:
