Job Description:
Manager (CW), Process Manager
The People, Products, and Data (PP&D) organization, within the Human Resources Line-of-Business (LoB), is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Process Manager to join its Data Governance Team. The Data Governance (DG) Team is primarily responsible for ensuring that HR data, including External Data Shares (XDSs), remains Well-Managed and compliant with bank's various Data Policies, Standards, and Procedures (PSPs). This is accomplished through strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including Risk, other HR Experiences Teams, and People Technology.
The Process Manager will play a pivotal role in managing BAU HR Data Governance processes, leading special Data and Risk projects, supporting Product development, and delivering on Objectives and Key Results (OKRs). These efforts will help mitigate data management and external data share risks and elevate the company's Data Program. This role will also involve Data Audits and MRA remediation as needed.

General Responsibilities:
Build and enhance HR Data Governance & Management knowledge Learn about HR's Data Domains/Experience Teams and their data landscape Support Data Governance special projects (e.g., retention, data quality/security improvements, etc.) Document key Data Governance processes by creating and maintaining Procedures/Job Aids to ensure Business Continuity Support Data Audit and MRA remediation, where applicable Partner with Risk and various 1st and 2nd-line Oversight Teams to support joint initiatives Conduct Data Management activities, including:
Data registration Metadata Data Quality (MDQ) metrics remediation Data usage registration
Collaborate with and support the People Data Platform (PDP) Performing Data Steward (PDS) Develop presentations for Leadership as needed Draft and test Data Management Controls to mitigate risks Address Effective Challenges from 2nd-line oversight Serve as a Data Governance SME to support PDP data onboarding/ADS (Additional Data Sources) projects and product development Act as a trusted advisor for Data-related inquiries and guidelines
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or military experience 5+ years of experience using Microsoft Office or G-Suite 2+ years of experience in Data Governance or Risk Management 3+ years of Process Management experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Lean, Agile, Six Sigma, Business Process Management, or Project Management certification Familiarity with Agile Methodology and Jira 4+ years of experience in Data Governance 4+ years of experience in Process Management
Additional Requirements:
Must sit onsite in Richmond, VA or McLean, VA for 3 days per week This is a contract role with an approximate duration of 12 months at bank.
