Applicants should have at least 3+ years of patent prosecution experience and a USPTO registration. A degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or related fields is required. Experience with software technologies such as cloud computing, security encryption, AI, bioinformatics, mobile applications, databases, and networking is preferred. This role offers a lower billable hour requirement compared to traditional partnership paths and an expected salary range of $160,000 – $220,000. Applicants must be detail-oriented with strong written and verbal skills. Transcripts and patent prosecution writing samples will be requested.
