The IT Senior Lead Software Engineer Service Assurance is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining user interfaces for software solutions that ensure high network reliability, performance monitoring, and automation in telecom operations. This role involves leading software development initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and implementing innovative technologies to optimize service assurance processes. We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Software Engineer to architect, implement, and manage scalable solutions across our enterprise. This role will lead a team of engineers and design and develop user interfaces for the service assurance suite of software. Candidates should have demonstrable experience creating intuitive user interface using modern frameworks. This is a work from home position within the US. The Main Responsibilities

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. Experience with modern web UI design technologies (such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js). Proficiency in UI/UX design principles, user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing. 8+ years of experience in software development, with at least 5 years in telecom or service assurance. Expertise in programming languages such as Java, C++ Strong understanding of cloud technologies, APIs, and microservices architecture. Expertise in at least one or two major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, PowerShell). Strong understanding of networking, security, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). Certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect, or Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect are a plus. Experience with AI, ML, automation, and predictive analytics for network optimization. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills. Compensation: This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors. Location Based Pay Ranges: $129,639 - $172,852 in these states: AL, AR, AZ, FL, GA, IA, ID, IN, KS, KY, LA, ME, MO, MS, MT, ND, NE, NM, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TN, UT, VT, WI, WV, and WY. $136,121 - $181,494 in these states: CO, HI, MI, MN, NC, NH, NV, OR, and RI. $142,603 - $190,137 in these states: AK, CA, CT, DC, DE, IL, MA, MD, NJ, NY, TX, VA, and WA.
