We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our team and provide strong leadership and clinical expertise. Position Summary: The RN Supervisor oversees nursing operations on assigned shifts, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to residents. You will lead and mentor a team of nursing staff, monitor resident care plans, and ensure compliance with all applicable regulations. This role is ideal for a confident and caring RN who thrives in a leadership position and is passionate about making a difference in the lives of residents. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and support nursing staff to ensure high standards of care. Monitor and evaluate residents' care plans, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams as needed. Conduct rounds to assess resident care, address concerns, and ensure a safe and comfortable environment. Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and facility policies and regulations. Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to nursing staff. Address and resolve staff or resident concerns promptly and professionally. Participate in admissions, discharges, and transitions of care to maintain continuity and quality of care. Maintain accurate documentation of care, incidents, and regulatory compliance. Qualifications: Current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in NYS. Previous experience in a supervisory role within a skilled nursing, long-term care, or similar healthcare setting. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to handle multiple priorities and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems. A genuine passion for delivering exceptional care to residents.
