Position Overview The IT Salesforce Project Coordinator will operate within the Application Development team to provide dedicated project support for the ongoing Salesforce effort. The successful candidate for this position will be responsible for keeping the work being done by MetroPlusHealth, any System Integrators, and the many other vendors that interface with this very large, mission-critical project, coordinated and on track. Job Description
Working closely with Systems Integrators to align on work items Developing goals and tracking issues Creating and maintaining project management and risk management plans Maintaining project artifacts: Documentation and Reporting: Maintaining project documentation, including meeting minutes, project plans, status reports. Provide regular updates on project progress to stakeholders and project managers. Acting as a liaison between MetroPlusHealth stakeholders and our Systems Integrators Providing oversight of our Systems Integrators and vendors Assessing opportunities and deliverables Conducting regular project meetings: Communication and Coordination: Facilitating communication and coordination among project team members, including developers, administrators, and business users. This can involve scheduling meetings, and distributing project-related information Guiding and mentoring the team to achieve project outcomes Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in information systems or a related technical discipline; and 4 years of experience in project coordination of small and large-scale IT projects; or A satisfactory equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, and work experience Professional Competencies Excellent written and oral communication skills Exceptional skills in organization and prioritization Strong interpersonal skills Problem-solving, analytical, and documentation skills Integrity and Trust #MHP50 #LI-Hybrid
