Job Description
Key Responsibilities Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams to gather, clarify, and document requirements for Data Management-related projects. Schedule and facilitate business requirements sessions; document meeting minutes and track follow-ups. Write and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRDs). Assist in the creation of Technical Design and Data Lineage Documents, ensuring alignment with business needs. Ensure that technical solutions meet documented business requirements. Coordinate and track project progress, including follow-ups from meetings and daily scrums. Assess and update the status of related JIRA tasks and coordinate planned releases. Prepare and distribute release communications to stakeholders. Conduct stakeholder interviews and facilitate requirements elicitation meetings. Support the Agile development process and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Required Qualifications
4+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst, with a focus on data-centric projects. 4+ years working in Agile project environments. 2-4+ years of SQL experience (Oracle and SQL Server required; MongoDB is a plus). 4+ years of experience in data analysis and troubleshooting. Proven ability to write Business Requirements, Technical Design, and Data Lineage documents. Skilled in translating business needs into technical requirements. Strong meeting facilitation and communication skills. Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Must be based locally and available to work onsite 2-3 times per week, including Thursdays. Must attend onsite interviews as part of the hiring process.
