CUSTOMER SERVICE: Rental/Loaner COORDINATOR

Do you have great customer service skills and a friendly personality? Lincoln of Cincinnati is seeking a full-time Customer Service Loaner Coordinator for our Service Department. We handle all of the Rental/Loaners for the service department. The Service Rental Coordinator is responsible for scheduling loaner vehicle appointments for incoming service customers, new / missed service appointments, scheduling customers for special order parts delivery, making follow-up calls, communicating with Service Advisors, and handling related admin duties. Applicant must display a personable, professional image and great phone skills to serve our loyal customer base. Experience on the telephone or in setting business appointments is a plus, but not required. Applicant must have great listening skills, a can-do attitude, and be willing to learn and be creative with problem solving.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Current or recent experience in a customer contact position General computer skills: training will be provided to work in CDK daily High school graduate Satisfactory employment references Pass background check
