Haight Brown & Bonesteel LLP is seeking an attorney with significant, hands-on experience in civil litigation on the defense side to join our Sacramento office. This is a full-time, in-office position. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience managing all phases of litigation, with particular emphasis on taking the lead in depositions of plaintiffs and expert witnesses. Candidates should be comfortable drafting and responding to discovery and pleadings, preparing and arguing motions, and independently managing case files. Second chair trial experience is a plus. Strong research and writing skills are essential, along with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple cases in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

The position offers a salary range of
$140,000 - $180,000
per year, plus a
$20,000
annual bonus for those who meet the firm’s quarterly billable hour requirements.
