Are you a meticulous organizer with a knack for seamless coordination and a passion for supporting executive leadership? Do you thrive in a dynamic environment where your administrative skill directly contributes to efficiency and success? What You'll Do
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain the Vice President's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements Monitor, organize, and prioritize email communications and follow up as needed Prepare, generate, and maintain reports using Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables, formulas, and data formatting) Draft, edit, and proofread documents, presentations, and correspondence Coordinate meetings, including logistics, materials, and agendas Maintain organized electronic and paper filing systems Assist with project tracking, status updates, and documentation Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately Perform other administrative duties and special projects as assigned Daily Life

Essential Skills
High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative support role Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion Bonus Points
