Responsibilities:
Building secure, repeatable CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and Jenkins Developing automation utilities using Python, Go, Bash, or PowerShell Designing and implementing cloud-centric (AWS) and on-premise resources using tools like Terraform and Helm Managing Kubernetes clusters and creating modular, reusable IaC patterns Defining SLO/SLA objectives and building proactive alerting systems Implementing security measures such as zero-trust networking and policy-as-code Collaborating with engineering teams to design resilient infrastructure Mentoring junior engineers and promoting DevOps best practices Qualifications:
5+ years in DevOps/Site Reliability with 3+ years in designing cloud-native architectures Deep production experience with Kubernetes and container ecosystems Hands-on experience with IaC/CM tools such as Crossplane, Terraform, Helm Proficient in at least one programming language: Python, Go, Bash, or PowerShell Solid foundation in AWS core services and networking fundamentals Strong Linux/Windows administration and troubleshooting skills Proven ability to author technical documentation Desired Skills:
Experience with Go for infrastructure development GitOps expertise with tools like Argo CD or Flux Advanced observability skills with Prometheus and Grafana CI/CD pipeline design experience with tools like Jenkins A history of mentoring engineers and promoting knowledge-sharing
